Most Tahoe homes don't need one big project. They need twenty small ones: a door that sticks after the freeze, a cabinet hinge that's pulling out, cracked caulk around the tub, a torn screen.
We'll work through the list in one visit where we can, so you're not booking five different trades.
What's included
- Sticking doors, latches and hardware
- Caulking and grout touch-ups
- Weatherstripping and door sweeps
- Screen and window hardware repair
- Cabinet and drawer fixes
- Small punch-list items before a sale or rental season
Signs you need this
- Doors that rub or won't latch
- Drafts you can feel near doors and windows
- Cracked or moldy caulk in bathrooms
- Loose railings, towel bars or handles
Why repairs pile up faster at altitude
Big temperature swings make wood and framing move, which is why doors and trim that fit in summer can bind in winter. Dry air shrinks wood; spring moisture swells it again.
Catching these small shifts early keeps them from turning into water leaks or broken hardware.
Punch lists for sellers and rental owners
Selling, or getting ready for the rental season? A walk-through and punch list makes a property show better and gets fewer complaints from guests.

Common questions
Is there a minimum job size?
Call and tell us what you have. Many people bundle several small repairs into one visit so it's worth the drive.
Can you work while I'm out of town?
Yes. Lockbox or code access works, and you'll get photos when the work is done.
Do I need a licensed contractor instead?
For small repairs, usually not. Larger jobs, or work touching structure, electrical, plumbing or gas, may need a licensed contractor and permits. We'll tell you which applies.
